What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major PPO insurance plans, including Delta Dental, Aetna, MetLife. etc… If you have specific questions about your insurance coverage, please call our office.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. Please contact our office to schedule your initial consultation.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring the following to your first appointment:
  • A valid photo ID
  • Your dental insurancecard (if applicable)
  • A list of any medications you are currently taking
  • Any relevant medicalrecords or dental x-rays

Do you offer emergency dental services?  
Yes, we offer emergency dental services. If you are experiencing a dental emergency,please call our office immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible. Except Sundays. If unable to reach us please go to your nearest hospital for medication and/or possible treatment. If a medical emergency arrives please call 911.
How often should I visit the dentist?  
It is generally recommended to visit the dentist every six months for a routine check-up and cleaning. However, your dentist may recommend more frequent visits based on your individual needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards,and electronic transfer such as Apple Pay, Zelle.We also offer financing options through Carecredit and/ or Sunbit.
How can I contact the office after hours?
For dental emergencies after office hours, please call our emergency line at 661-799-3920. Our system can accept SMS if you allow and with your strict permission. For non-urgent matters, you can leave a voicemail or send us an email, and we will get back to you during regular business hours.
Do you offer sedation dentistry?  
Yes,we offer sedation dentistry options for patients who experience anxiety or discomfort during dental procedures. Please discuss your concerns with us, and we will recommend the best sedation option for your needs. Note that this option may not be covered by your insurance.

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with us. You can leave a review on our website, Google, or social media pages, or you can contact our office directly to provide feedback.
